A proud father of three sons and a native of Shreveport, Louisiana.

Montrell J. Hall, Sr. is a seasoned expert in home improvement and a Licensed Residential Builder with over 15 years of experience. Montrell has turned a shared passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces into a family-driven enterprise with his wife, Kamelia, who plays a pivotal role in their business. Montrell has transformed his passion for renovation into a thriving career, bringing exceptional craftsmanship and dedication to every project.

While serving 14 years with the United States Postal Service, Montrell discovered his talent for home improvement renovation—a hobby that quickly grew into a successful small business. His expertise earned him an exclusive corporate partnership with Lumber Liquidators (now LL Flooring) in Shreveport, LA, where he served as their In-House Installer.

In 2016, Montrell established Tile by Trell Contracting, LLC, transforming his passion for home renovation into a successful business.

Working as a team, Montrell and his wife collaborate throughout the home-building process, with her expertise shining during the design phase. Growing up in the construction industry, she brings invaluable insight and a refined eye for detail, ensuring that every project is elegant and tailored to the client's vision.  

Montrell and his wife are deeply committed to their craft. They blend quality craftsmanship with innovative design to help families create homes they’ll cherish for years to come. Their dedication to excellence and teamwork continues to leave a lasting impact on the community they proudly serve.
